V4RB - Carbonlib 1.6 and OS 8.6 problem

Yes, Clib 1.6 is supposed to work with 1.6 but I can attest that ever 
since I switched to it, i do experience ocassional freezups or 
malfunctions. Of course, it is hard to say whether the problem is the 
lib itself or some interaction between different carbon apps and/or 
system.
