Actually, you should be able to use ViSQL to Load a SQL dump file! Just 
copy and paste the text into the SQL window and click execute - it will 
execute all of the SQL statements. But you need to create a new blank 
database in Vapp or vStudio first.

That said, I haven't tested this with a Vapp SQL Dump. A large dump 
file might choke ViSQL.

One other thing - I was going to test it on one of my databases but I 
noticed a bug. The SQL dump did not escape special characters - like a 
single quote. So i have some Varchar fields with a single quote and it 
looks like this:

....., 'my example's string', ...
