This was not fixed.

And this is very hard to fix. Because this is result of third party XML
parser -- EXPAT.

You cannot have umlauts or other chars in the TAG names
I.e. In Table and field names.

To "fix" this we need to find other XML parser.
This is TODO for 2.0.
