FIXED, bug with ObjectPtr

Hi All,

I have fix today bug that could provide wrong index for ObjectPtr field
AFTER such operations as LoadDump, UpdateAll(), ..

Uploaded new build of 1.9.8b18 for V4RB and VAPP.

Please try this build on your tests.
