Hi guys,

Valentina C SDK 1.9.8b15 uploaded.

** Added 3 new functions:

    Binary_GetLenth()
    Binary_ReadData()
    BinaryWriteData()

These 3 functions allow access to FixedBinary and VarBinary

** and of course API of C SDK updated for record locking.
