[VSDK] VDK_Text, operators = and char*

Hi Eric,

I think there is no sense add this 2 operators.

You have the same functionality now via
    SetString
    GetString()

Also it can be danger for TEXT field implement operator::char*()
Which allocate RAM for the whole string.

GetString() have form which can limit this.
