Valentina DB locks under Mac

I've not seen a specific Mac/Windows combination problem you describe. I
have had data file sharing problems ever since OS X was released.

How are you tracking if the file is available for use?

The problem for me is that OS X doesn't recognize an open file as locked --
OS X will gladly open a Valentina file that is already open by another user.
An error (-61) is generated when their is an attempt to write to the file.

As Ruslan mentioned, I'm using REALbasic so I have no idea how this applies
to Director or if it's related to your problem.
