No, this applies to "database inheritance", your and my dreams.

As only I will make in 2.0 branch of code Db - Table - Record - Field
working, I am going invite you to participate in development of inheritance.
Of course you if you have time and wish.

I will explain all ideas, and step by step we can implement them.

The main axiom is:
-- database inheritance is property of database,
    not a property of access language.

In other words, even from procedural C SDK, or Director Lingo SDK,
Will works inheritance of db objects.
