[Valentina] [VAPP] changes on OS X !!!

Hi All,

PLEASE note, that since Valentina now REQUIRE extension on OS X,
Valentina on OSX cannot any more open a db without extension.

    you will get -43 error.

You need add ".vdb" extension to name of file
