Test VPHP

Ruslan or anyone else who can help,

I'd be glad to test VPHP for you with my weather and recipe databases. 
(But don't think I can afford the product.)

I'm running on OSX 10.2.3

Do I have the right version of php installed? (I've been using php with 
mySQL, so know it works and will just use same apps to access 
valentina).

First step in instruction is to put folder "Valentina" into "php/ext". 
Where is "php/ext"?

The native install of OSX 10.2.3 does not have a php.ini file as far as 
I know. How do I create one and where?
