[V4RB] testing with Rb5.0b4

I ran the Tests project with V4RB 1.9.7b6 and RB 5.0b4. I saw only one failure, test 1623
- avg(byte_fld). When I manually ran the SQL I can see that the test actually should have
passed. But it did not due to rounding. It compares the expected value of 124.68 to the
actual answer of 124.679....
