[ANN] Vserver a31 and Clients a31

Hi Ruslan,
sheer absolute frustration.
The installer does not work. The progress bar fills once on the 
second progressbar I get a quick command line screen flash and then 
the message "there is a problem with this windows installer package. 
A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. 
contact your support personel or package vendor"

This is on a freshly installed XP where I managed to "run" the 
previous version for 10 mins at a time using the "vserver.exe -d"
I am the ONLY user on XP with "admin "

I assume that as I couldn't run the previous version as a service 
that it wasn't registered as one. If so where do I go to remove this 
service (in French as I have a French system)

It did and I got the VSERVER.EXE-OCCA74B7 file
