You can do 
    VCursor.Database.ErrNumber
And then 
    VDatabase.ErrNumber


And here still error code?

Or you mean that if you VDatabase.ErrNumber it works,
But VCursor.Database.ErrNumber always error?


I have look into sources...
I see where is problem.
