CREATE TABLE "deleteion" control

In the ValentinaSQL.pdf, under CREATE TABLE, there as entry for
"deleteion_control"

: "on delete" { "set null" | "restrict" | "cascade" }

What does this do?  All of my db experience is with MySQL, so I'm not
familiar with this specification.

Yes I know this,
And I think about ways to improve this.

Problem is to find here person that can do

    DTP, HTML, PDF,
    English,
    not cool programmer, but
    understanding of programming
