V4RB: 1.9.8 Error!!

Hi,

I have the following Code

     SQLString="SELECT RecID FROM Dauerauftraege WHERE 
Dauerauftraege_Name='"+Trim(EditField1(5).text)+"'"
     CurCheck=meineDatenbank.SQLselect(SQLString, kV_Server, kV_NoLocks)
     Ende=CurCheck.RecordCount

with 1.9.7 everything is fine. With 1.9.8 at then line with Ende= 
CurCheck.RecordCount

System crashes with "Unhandeld NilObjectException"...
