[VSDK] FBL_RegExprFormula

Ruslan,

I'm working with formulas, and it seems that there is much power 
available there. The documentation mentions FBL_RegExprFormula, but I 
cannot find it in the SDK (latest beta). Beside, I would need some kind 
of FBL_SearchLikeFormula for my software... Of course, such formula is 
not hard to implement at all, but if you have already one, you could 
consider letting it be public (like min, max and sum formulas).
