[ANN] Vstudio mac+win 2.5 b16

Yes, that's the case with every new build. But as I said earlier, I work
with both 1.x and 2.x databases regularly, and I use the Plugin Mgr to add
vs_plugin_kernel_1.dll.

This issue first appeared with 2.4 b16 I think, then you fixed it (Ruslan
marked it resolved), then it appeared again in 2.5 b14.

I added it to Mantis.
