Valentina Studio should be mostly consistent across all platforms. You can
make a multi-platform app that's elegant yet powerful with a non-platform
specific toolkit (such as wxWidgets, which is the framework for VS). I do
quite a bit of business in 3D applications, one of which, Vue d'Esprit
(http://www.e-onsoftware.com) has the same interface on both Windows and
MacOS X.
And of course, REALbasic itself does a pretty good job at this, though it
likely supports more Mac OS X conventions.
