In this release improved a lots Query Builder and work with mySQL servers
that have huge number of databases (hundreds).

* In QueryBuilder improved work with GTOUP BY, HAVING clauses.


* mySQL servers with hundreds of dbs, was very slow in Vstudio,
Because mySQL is very slow answering questions to information schemas.
MINUTES ?!?!!  

    Problem is that mySQL do scan of directory,
    and even if you work with db1, mySQL iterate all other dbs.
    We have used other kind of queries, which avoid such directory scan .


* Improved Import Wizard. For example, it have now schemas for PostgreSQL.


* Xojo plugin contains fix of pictures for COCOA target for MAC and Linux.
  Xojo have used new formats of pictures on these OS.
