The global level is sort of okay. The issues are deeper. However, 
asking users to fix this can't really work and is unrealistic. Users 
can point to specific issues here and there but not undertake 
wholesale rework. IMHO, the documentation needs an overall systemic 
and systematic improvement, evolutionary not revolutionary jump, 
which takes time and effort. You just need to have someone on your 
team who is in charge of documentation, a technical writer so to 
speak, and someone around to proof English if needed.
