minor annoyance when installing new betas

Nope.

This file is tmp file of installer 4.7
Trash it.

Must be ONLY 
    VServer_Office.ini


And if we talk about latest 4.8 betas
Then you can even trash all INI file,
And vserver on start will create correct one with default settings.
