minor annoyance when installing new betas

On new install a new ini file is made called: "Valentina Server 4.ini and
this file has

MaxConnectionTimeout=20; Specifies the CONNECTION timeout in seconds for a
client.
; 0 - means no timeout.

and I understand that it must be set to "2000" as the "0" does not work.
