b10 SSL problem - VStudio

Hi Ruslan,

Also trying to make a non-SSL connection to the SSL port ( by  
mistake ) will also hang the open attempt.

Instead of a connect failure or error being returned, the open  
statement just hangs forever and the program has to be force quit.
