Well, then sounds like minor issue.

Ivan, look on this log. V4REV_GetLog() is called.
So this again works somehow AFTER shutdown.
This means ICU is closed, and strings do not work.

I still think that this can be bug of REV itself
Or may be something else odd in code. As result some objects HANG and
destroyed only after shutdown
