[ANN] Valentina 4.0b12 UPLOADED for 3 platforms

I  noticed that too and flipped it around. Now I call DBclose first and then
shutdown still (this crash only happens if you call these things while
quiting RunRev (as part of a close card handler). It doesn't happen when you
ask for it without quiting RunRev and it doesn't happen in 10.5 OS:
