I hate the WIKI

Well -- I am finding many new ways to crash vStudio and/or RunRev. Trying to
init server in the V4REV examples in RunRev crashes it everytime.

Then opening vStudio in Server menu and connect to you have a nice GUI
window. Fill that out as host "localhost" user "sa" and password "sa" leave
the default port as 15432 and then vStudio crashes.

So I will experiment some more...
