Yes, 

If you have some DB and you want move it under VSERVER,
You need drop it into folder databases of VSERVER,
Then execute REGISTER DATABASE from Vstudio GUI menu, or via SQL in v4

REGISTER DATABASE will add record about this new db into masterdb,
So VSERVER will know your db now.
