error switching from V4RB 1.x to 2.3

Yes, it is just a class.  But it does do declares.  I can send you a  
copy of my project if you want to play with it.  I am sort of  
embarrassed though to have someone else see my code - I am not the  
most skilled programmer by an incredibly long shot...

But now that I have the project working without HierPop it is not  
critical to me to fix the matter - more of just a learning thing now.
