Other problem with V4RB 2.2b2

Hi,
I have arranged that lack of responsiveness and effects pretty well
with a better progress dialog on Windows.
Right now the only problem that remains is the 'msl_all-
dll90_x86.dll' exception when quitting the app. If you fix that I
will be ready,
