[ANN] ROADMAP for next builds

Hi Ruslan,

Although I don't use VServer, I think a big push to improve it is 
fine. But I would like to remind you that we are nearing the 1 year 
anniversary of the release of V2 and there are still major features 
that were promised (like UTF-8 storage) and bugs that were reported 
at least a  year ago that haven't been addressed. I don't want these 
to be forgotten.
