[VS] Can't create a new database

I also have seen this error during development last week - then it  
suddenly
worked. I guessed that something has changed in kernel.
But it seems this bug is still there.
All i can say is that i only have it 2 or 3 times - then after  
restart of vStudio
it starts to work.

And yes - i am working as a non-admin user in Mac OS...
