I redid a test by keeping indexes but by removing "unique" of the field 
string which had it. (I replaced it  by " indexed ").

NOW it's PROPORTIONAL :

8000 lines : 11 seconds
17000 lines : 22 s
25000 lines : 35 s

The processing of the "unique" is thus not proportional on Valentina 2.

DB created with classes.

The "flush" is included in the stopwatch.
