Valentina 2 V4RB Win => compile to MAC

The windows version only has the windows version.  The Mac version has
both.  I guess the mac version could be converted to work on windows
but you would need a Mac to convert the plugin.

I guess if enough people request it they will release it
cross-platform for windows!
