[V4RB] VarChar bug

Hi, Ruslan --

Looks like there's a problem with the VarChar field in b16.

Open the "Records_AddDeleteUpdate.rb" example and add 10 records.

Change the contents of one of the VarChar fields, taking care that the 
string you end up with is *longer* than the original value.

Click "update."

Note that, after it's reloaded, the VarChar field text is truncated to 
the length of the original VarChar.
