V4RB small bug with textimport

Hi!
running V4RB using 1.10, RB 5.5.1 windows

if the path to the text file you want to import contains
any non_ascii characters,(haven?t tried all possible, just a a and o)
 nothing will be imported, although it is a
valid windows path.

so impcursor.ImportText(f) will yield zero records, if f.absolutepath
contains non-ascii.

not a show stopper, but would be nice to have fixed.
