I remember looking through the resources/english folder because of
something I saw in another post.  I recall seeing 2 files in this folder
but I do not remember exactly what their names are.  I will double check
when I get home but I have a copy of the installation files here at work
(I'm on a Windoze machine here at work so I can't actually do anything)
and I see 2 xml files in the resources/english folder.  They are
kernel_errors.xml and sql_errors.xml.
