[SJHS-Swim] SJHS Swim: Due By Wednesday ~ District T-Shirt Order Forms

Good Afternoon!

Thanks to everyone that has already turned in their orders for  
District T-Shirts.

If you are still interested in having a 2011 District Championship T- 
Shirt please turn in your completed order form and money to Coach  
Hayden or myself by this Wednesday, January 19th.   Cash and checks  
written out to 'SJHS Swim Team' are accepted.

The pre-ordered shirts will be the only time that you will be able to  
purchase a 2011 District T-Shirt.  Please see attached order form.
