runtime files are not able to find the file:</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>vshared_release_x86.dll</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>even though the Vcomponents_win_vc folder is in the 

root install folder. I've never had this problem before. Should that file be 

next to the EXE instead of in the folder?</FONT></DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>
