I think, there are already a few ways to do it in Valentina Studio:

1) If your modifications are related, for example, to one table and its
child objects, you can call "Design Table" dialog from a contextual menu.
It has "SQL Preview" tab with generated queries. Link and view objects have
such dialogs, too;

2) You can create a diagram and make your changes there. At any time, you
can view generated queries for these changes and copy them;

3) Valentina Studio has a "Query Log" tool, there you can find all executed
statements.
