Speeding up UpdateRecord

Hi,

I’ve got some old code where I had some complaints that it was too slow. After having a look at the execution with Instruments it turns out the the simple UpdateRecord takes 80-90% of all time.

The basics of the code isn’t too complicated.

- Go to first record.
- Fish out MessageBody
- Change MessageBody.
- Update record with MessageBody.
- Go to next record.
- Do until finished.

All this is done with the class way. How can I make this faster? With SQL?
