[NEW] SQL expression function RAND_REGEXP()

We have added a new SQL function RAND_REGEXP  into v5.5.6 (available in the
night_build or upcoming beta).

This is very powerful function, that can generate random string of any kind,
following to some regular expression. We going to use this function for
Test/Bench Data Generation in the near future.
