2 Macs same printer different results.

The PDFs are all created by the Valentina XoJo Plug in.

The Printer HP5200, which worked flawlessly on the Previous Version, does not match the same PDF printed on My HP1022

It appears the Margins are off.

Top Margin on 1022 is 15mm, top on 5200 is 6mm

Left on 1022 16mm Left on 5200 is 18mm

Note these are measurements from edge of paper to an edge of a letter.

I can't get to the other printer that is the same at the moment.

But this did work in 5.5b12

That's strange - but have you compared two printed pages - where is a difference -
maybe top margin is different or distance between cards doesn't match?

Do you print from Acrobat or use some plugin in your application?
Have you tried to generate PDF on your Mac and print it on your coworker's Mac?
