I think we do not have yet such API.

If you know how this looks on Crystal Reports, will be great if you open
feature requst in our Mantis


As workaround can be for now:
    define it as just constant in your query:


    SELECT 
        35 as param1,
        12 as param2,
        f1,
        f2
    FROM T
    WHERE ...
