Problems running php extension from browser

Does anyone have experience with the php extension for valentina? For me the
script is executed correctly from the command line, but not in the browser
(VC_Connection could not be established...). I use php 5.4 and the beta 62
of php54_valentina.dll.

 

Thankful for any idea, help.
