Hi Ruslan and Joseph,

thanks for taking the time on Christmas to answer my questions. This clears up a few things. The serial number now works.

In enterprise companies not even an admin is allowed to view passwords of other users, let alone change them by himself. Other companies like LinkedIn have found out that hashing is not enough!
