Works for me

Just only I have 

* download archive
* installed 
* copied .rbx   -- 28 Aug   size 3,451,952 bytes (3.5 MB on disk)
  into plugins of Xojor2


Started

* opened example V4RB / Reports / WebOnSqlite
* change build setting    Linux
* Build -- sucess 

* same for another example from Api way .


Also today morning, developer from Italia have got success with his report
projects in mac and win and linux builds using 28 Aug archive

So where is problem on your side ... No idea.

Don't you have different Xojo?
May be wrong folder copied rbx ?
