File - EOF reached

Hi,

does anyone from Valentina have any idea what the following errors might mean? I just got those from a customer. I asked him to do a diagnose.

The application was created with a late V5 beta. Using Mac OS 10.8.3/10.8, RealStudio 2011r4.
