Error -43 when creating database

Hi guys,

do you have any idea why a simple 

ValentinaDB.create(theFolderitem, EVDbMode.kDscDatBlbInd, 32*1024)

fails with an error -43? I now got 2 customers who have this problem. -43 is normally an SMB error, one customer said that he doesn't use this.

RealStudio 2011r4, Cocoa, both customers have 10.6.8., Valentina 4.9.
