Ruslan, does 5.0 fix the problems with the ICU library that caused  
apps built with 4.9.1 to be rejected from the Mac App Store? That is,  
do you use calls now that aren't considered to be to private APIs  
(whether they are private or not is not the issue -- the MAS thinks  
they are)?
