This command is not implemented still.

Db.Clone()  is official way to repair db which has diagnose issues.

REPAIR by idea should be faster, because it should be possible SOME
corruptions fix in place instead copy the whole database ...

So idea of REPAIR only to be faster ...

But this will be hard process to get it bug free.
Clone in contrast born absolutely new fresh db with inserted old data ...
